The Resourcing Delivery Centre is a multi-function, 160-seat operation that offers high-quality, full-cycle candidate management. This is the new generation of resourcing capability – combining best-practice delivery with functional agility and relentless quality control.
We work as a silent, seamless extension to existing recruitment teams: we adopt the values, standards and brand of the client organisation; our aim is to provide a service that is indistinguishable from (or better than) the best in-house delivery. Line managers appreciate working with partners who are completely on-side and up to speed with the business priorities; candidates will never know we are anything but part of the home team.
We routinely put together delivery teams with a breadth and depth of expertise that is beyond what most internal teams could provide. From ORCE-trained* resourcing co-ordinators and project managers to chartered psychologists, we use professional specialists with employer-side experience who understand and identify with your priorities and pressures.
We can screen, interview and test candidates to agreed criteria all the way down to final assessment; we can also manage the relationship through to offer, pre-employment checks and on-boarding. Sometimes we are brought in to deal with urgent, one-off tactical requirements where speed and reliability are essential; equally, we are increasingly involved in managing pipelines and running talent pools to support long-term ‘always-on’ resourcing strategies.
